I am Guillermo Martín, an independent Executive Producer based in Madrid.

I've spent nearly a decade in commercial production. I co-founded a production company and helped it grow, leading campaigns both in Spain and internationally, working closely with agencies, brands and directors.

My experience covers the whole process: from understanding a brief, developing a creative approach and putting together a pitch, through to budgeting, finding the right director, building and leading teams, overseeing shoots and seeing each project through to final delivery.

I like getting involved from the start, bringing my own perspective and finding the right people to bring an idea to life. Having founded and run a production company, I've learnt to understand both the creative and business sides of production: championing an idea, managing resources, looking after clients and taking responsibility for the end result.

Today, I bring that experience to other production companies and agencies, whether that's joining their teams or leading projects from start to finish, with independence, good judgement and commitment.
